Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa)
It is produced from black cumin seeds by cold pressing method.
Nigella sativa is a herbaceous plant that can grow in any shade and measures 40 cm. Black-looking small particles of black seed are the seeds in the buds that grow on the branches of the plant. As there are many vitamins in the black cumin seed, it also contains molecules that are beneficial to the body. The nigellon and thymoquinon contained in these molecules strengthen the immune system.
It has a rich content with oleic acid (omega 9), linoleic acid (omega 6), stearic acid, thymoquinone, palmitic acid, carotene, vitamins A, B, C and E, and phenolic components such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and zinc.
Black seed oil is a vegetable oil that can be used both externally and orally. It is not suitable to be given orally to children under 1 year old. It is suitable for external application. Pregnant and lactating women should consult their doctor.
