Rosemary Oil (Rosmarinus Officinalis)
It is the essential oil produced by the Water Vapor Distillation method.
Also known as birddili, hasalbal and akpurene in Turkish, rosemary is an important medicinal and aromatic plant.
Rosemary grows mostly in the south and west coastlines of Turkey.
Rosemary oil should not be used alone and should be tested on a small area of skin before use.
When using rosemary oil, it is necessary to dilute it with lighter oils such as olive oil and sweet almond oil. Otherwise, it can be heavy and bring along some health problems on the skin.
Rosemary is in the form of a semi-bush or bush and is one of the characteristic herbs of the Mediterranean. Rosemary, very well known by the ancient Greeks and Romans, was used for culinary and medicinal purposes.
Drop 2-3 drops into 50 ml of cold-pressed base oil and mix, you can apply it by massaging your body. For ambient scenting, you can drip a few drops into the water in the censer or electric diffuser to spread the scent.
