Polyphenol Measurement Reports and Differences in the Market

In summary; The measurement is made in terms of tyrosol, an important polyphenol.
We see a lot of flying numbers in the market. There are those of you who go to Europe and say that there are 2000-3000 polyphenols. You can see a sample report in the photo below. In this example; They called the sum of tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol derivatives total polyphenols. There is no such method in the IOC's standard. What was in ours; measured in tyrosol only.
