For centuries, olive oil has been used in many parts of the world for skin, hair, and diet for its beneficial properties.

Unfortunately, like many other substances (collagen, bone density, hair, etc...), the amount of fat and squalene (SKUALEN) in our body also decreases as we age. It naturally contains vitamins A, D, E and K. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that is fat-soluble and protects our body against aging. Fatty acids undergo certain processes in the human body and are converted into fatty acids with different properties. However, there are exceptions to this. Oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids should be taken externally as is. Human and animal bodies cannot produce these by processing other fatty acids.
